The plugin nature of Netsaint is fantastic allowing us to write many perl and shell scripts that handle checks specific to our network. Netsaint now handles escalations as well. We decided to go with Netsaint over Netcool, an amazingly expensive product that can do slightly more but no better than Netsaint. | |
