WxDesigner - WxWindows dialog editor.

WxDesigner is a program written to make it possible to visually create dialogs instead of writing them by hand, which can be a tedious task. wxDesigner can output the dialog in source code form in C++ and Python and there is some non-functional code to produce XML text.
