Mantid is a bug-tracking/issue-tracking utility that is command-line driven. Bug reports are created/edited using your favorite editor. Errors in bug reportsare caught by mantid before they are allowed to be submitted to the database making bug reporting error-free. Additionally, mantid has the ability to send bugreport updates to e-mail addresses in its mailing list. Once a bug has been submitted, it may be updated or queried by user's or manipulated by the mantidadministrator. mantid is fully documented with a manpage and command-line driven help functions. Mantid also has user-defined report generating abilities, the output of which can be in ASCII tabular format or graphically displayed with the gnuplot utility. Also mantid forms can be configured to make sense for theproject(s) that are using the mantid utility.

Release Notes : Fixed a few minor cosmetic bugs. Added support for updating multiple bugs with single command. Also added subconf command to handle submission configuration files. The command allows the creation, modification, renaming, removing and listing of submission configuration files.
