Updated by trevorw on Tuesday, September 25th 2001.

Mantid is a bug-tracking/issue-tracking utility that is command-line driven. Bug reports are created/edited using your favorite editor. Errors in bug reportsare caught by mantid before they are allowed to be submitted to the database making bug reporting error-free.
