BICK (Bootable ISO/Image Construction Kit) builds a bootable ISO file from the file tree to be run after booting up. Options allow loading everything into tmpfs, or leaving /opt and/or /usr on the CDROM and leaving them mounted to save RAM space. Included is a sample set of files based on Slackware 8.0 ready to try out building a rescue CD from. BICK is suitable for just about anything you would want to build a bootable ISO image for in Intel or Sparc (not ready yet) platforms.
