Devutils - Development tools including code tidier and Makefile dependency updater.

This is a package of development tools, currently with two tools.

codetidy is a program to tidy source code files. It can expand hard tabs, put hard tabs into indentation, remover trailing whitespace from lines and a few other things.

mdeps is a Perl program to update the dependencies in a Makefile. It is very useful for small to medium projects.
