Release Notes : Incorrectly targetted internal HTML links within the email body have been fixed. [[Wiki Links]] in the commit-log comment can now be turned into hyperlinks. Non-ASCII characters in an email address will now be encoded. The presence of the CVS -kb option on a file will prevent it being diff'ed. Other minor enhancements were made.
