MapleBot is a simple yet flexible IRC bot written in C

Maplebot is an IRC bot written in C. It has built in functions for carrying user lists, maintaining a dictionary (for example "!explain php" would cause maplebot to spout some information about php), simple calculations, retrieving ananova headlines, and more. It's extensible through either C or Perl, and has multilingual support to boot. Current languages are english and spanish. Maplebot can be run from the command line, and also includes a GTK interface. It compiles cleanly on Linux, and will probably compile with no/minor modifications on other posix platforms.
