Emdros text database engine for analyzed or annotated text

Emdros is a text database engine for analyzed or annotated text. Its main target is linguistic analyses, but other text application domains can benefit as well, such as text mining, publishing, and text processing. It acts as a middleware layer between an underlying database and a client, which must be written by the user. Emdros comes with a powerful query language. Currently, PostgreSQL and MySQL are supported in the stable branch. The devel-branch adds support for SQLite.
