Deep-Water Linux - Halfminimalist boot CD distribution.
Updated by the82the9 on Saturday, March 06th 2004.
Deep-Water Linux is a fully graphical halfminimalist boot CD distribution where every release is separated into two version types - the first is for computers with memory up to 64MB and the second for computers with memory higher that 128MB, where the systems are the same just the access method is different. The distro has an automatic partition detection and it allows to access pre-configured files from a floppy. The GUI is specific, because it uses a "hack" of hackedbox designed for this distribution, the filebrowser Deep-View, icon-manager d-icons, panel deep-panel, dial-up configuration tool dial&conf and also standart programs used in Linux distributions.
Licence : GPL

Release Notes : The 0.3 version has a new kernel configuration - so now it's not such a problem to mount it using the 64MB version.type, hackedbox has some new features, there is a new program creating icons and the filebrowser Deep-View has been remade.
