| EDIReader - Package for parsing business documents.Updated by nicanor on Sunday, March 27th 2005.EDIReader is a Java package for parsing business documents structured according to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards. It supports the SAX and JAXP interfaces defined for XML, making it suitable for use in any XML-based system that allows the configuration of a custom SAX parser. Therefore, an EDI interchange can be transformed with XSLT or accessed via JDOM. The GPL version includes support for ANSI X12 and EDIFACT. Support for HL7 from the health care industry is available when EDIReader is licensed commercially. Licence : GPL

Release Notes : The commercial version now includes a web-interface for viewing your EDI files, generated XML, and XSLT translations. The GPL version uses the same newly-streamlined codebase and includes an EDI formatting tool to display interchange, group, document and nested segment grouping structures.
