JXMLPad - Professional swing XML component for editing XML.

XMLPad is a swing based XML component for editing XML document. This release increases the ability of the context sensitive content assistant driven by XML Schema and DTD, mainly for attributes and for the element view part. Internationalization is token into account in english and french. Due to a new packaging, the user can add easily any languages. Many improvements have been added to the API, thus the user can control any GUI parts like the initial divider location... Many bugs have been fixed too.
