UserTools is a Unix-Based user aministration suite, that takes care of most user management issues. It features a consistent cross platform interface and was designed for scenarios in which a few admins with non-Super-User accounts need to add, delete and modify accounts immediately. Account "admins" do not need root access to perform their jobs. This package was designed primarily with Unix-based ISPs in mind.
