SmallEiffel

I've used most of the Eiffel compilers, and it is my opinion that SmallEiffel has them all beat. Not only can I develop apps at a Very High level, but due to SE's great optimization capabilities, I can usually turn out products that are smaller and faster than C++ equivalents. With this kind of power, I'm constantly amazed that there aren't more people focusing on Eiffel at the moment!
