If you like a more traditional gnome look, with all the bells and whistles this is it. I have been a UE user for many years, and this version gives all the control with out all tedious steps that Ubuntu 12.04 makes you do. You have every thing that you most likely ever need on a simple gnome look and it is fast loading. I have both LTS 2.6.6 and 3.4 and from boot screen it only 15 sec on 3.4 64 bit on 2.6.6 64 bit it 26 sec. this is on 4GB ram, 5600 AMD, 500GB 32Mg cache, Seagate,. Win XP pro 64 is 1.12 Min. win 7 64 bit 1.15 Min. It is live DVD so just boot and try it out. it has a 22 office APP, 22 Internet APP, 29 Graphic APP, 49 Multy media APP, and much more. just give it try, you will see how much simpler it is than Ubuntu 12.4.
