FXiTe is a cross-platform text editor featuring syntax highlighting for 40+ languages, an embedded Lua scripting engine, macro recording and playback, multi-line regular expression search and replace, rudimentary ctags and calltip support, a flexible interface to external tools, and a built-in "message window" to capture the output of external commands such as compiler error messages, etc. FXiTe is built using the Fox GUI toolkit and the FXScintilla text widget.

Initial support for building with CMake; Fixes to compile with FOX-1.7.42+; Updated Scintilla to 3.3.5. Added support for UTF-16 files with BOM, and respect for UTF-8 BOM. Several Windows-specific fixes including improved I/O for external commands and filters, bug fixes for single-instance and DND regressions, and fixes for problems with default indent/unindent keybindings.
