What ICEWALKERS provides

We publish software listings, release information, articles, guides, and discovery tools. Listings and editorial content are for general information. Details such as versions, compatibility, licenses, availability, and security status can change. Check the publisher's own documentation before installing or relying on software.

Software and third-party links

Links may take you to publishers, repositories, package registries, download sites, or other independent services. Their software, downloads, licenses, prices, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility. A listing or link does not mean we own, operate, or endorse that service. Install and use software at your own risk and follow the license and terms that apply to it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate anyone, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may stop using the site and request account closure. We may restrict an account when necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or a breach of these terms.

Contributions and editorial review

You may submit software details, releases, corrections, sources, and other material through the features we provide. Submit only information you have the right to share, and do not include another person's private data without a lawful reason. You remain responsible for your submission and retain any rights you have in it.

You grant ICEWALKERS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, verify, edit, reproduce, and display your submission as needed to operate the site and publish accepted content. We may decline, correct, remove, or update submissions to maintain accuracy, safety, and editorial standards. Submitting material does not guarantee publication or control over a listing.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, deceive readers, send spam, scrape or overload the service, bypass security controls, or interfere with other users. We may remove material or limit access when reasonably needed to enforce these rules, protect the service, or comply with law. You can ask us to review a moderation decision using the contact address below.

Site content and trademarks

ICEWALKERS owns or licenses the site design, original writing, and other material we create. Software names, logos, screenshots, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to our public pages and use site content as permitted by applicable law or any license shown with that content. Advertising and sponsored content

The site may show advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate links. We identify paid placements where appropriate. Commercial relationships do not give a vendor the right to buy editorial conclusions, verified status, or organic search ranking.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every listing, guide, link, or third-party download is current, complete, secure, or suitable for your needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party software or services, or by interruptions and errors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
