1 commentIt is a GForce that GMail !
Finaly a smart guy found a solution for the lack in so much E-Mail clients in writing an E-Mail client, independent of the database. (My)SQL is the best solution to store data, or You can store data by ODBC or JDBC, independent of de database-engine. And in fact, every program that stores data, should be written independent of the database-engine (newsreader, organiser, etc...) Yes, Everyone who uses frequently internet knows that his E-Mail is stored in a large, large file. Soon or later, it has to be stored in a SQL database... So I hope a lot of programmers would convert there programs to a similar system !
