Cutter, TCP/IP Connection cutter for linux firewalls.
Updated by Editors on Monday, January 2, 2012.Cutter allows network administrators to "cut" (close) TCP/IP connections established between system running over their linux/iptables firewalls. The connection is closed in such a way as to lead both ends of the converstation (client / server) to believe that it was closed by the other.
