TCP/IP Connection cutter for linux firewalls

Cutter allows network administrators to "cut" (close) TCP/IP connections established between system running over their linux/iptables firewalls. The connection is closed in such a way as to lead both ends of the converstation (client / server) to believe that it was closed by the other.

Release Notes : Mechanism for parsing the /proc/net files used by cutter has been generalised to allow it work with a wider range of conntrack options and linux kernel versions.
