It's a great idea to make such a simulator. It still requieres some work (the sound is -eeeeh- awfull!) but considering it's early stage (v0.7.6) it fully deserves 5!

No violence but still fun. The game runs extremly fast (fly to 2000 AGL in a second if I'm not careful) on my system. Other than that little quirk a good game overall. Stencil Buffers look like they'll be fixed soon (simple problem in GL), so slight flickering is tolerable for now. Thanks to the authors for a game well programmed.

This is a very good game. Graphics aren't great and there aren't many missions, but still this is one of the (if not the) best game on linux. Wish i had a joystick, which would probably help alot. Hope to see some updates, and hopefully a level editor.

Great game! It's really fun to just fly around, I really like it. Although they only have a few missions and no campaigns (and a few minor glitches, what can you expect, it's in development), it is still one of the best games on my comp right now.

Nice idea but joysticks don't seem to work. Rather than use a pre-existing (working) stick wrapper they use their own (libjsw). Unfortunately, S & R doesn't read their own library correctly and the joystick configuration utility is useless since S & R doesn't seem to read the config file anyway. Somehow a flight sim with no real joystick support doesn't impress me. Joystick problem is the same in the windows version, and while the support staff has replied to my E-Mails they haven't yet offered a solution, only questions.

Concept is awesome and i'm having a lot of fun despite some intensive flickering, no sound support, and very low terrain graphics.... Something needs to be mapped to the ground so that it's not squares when you're 50 feet off the ground. Otherwise I love the idea, and it's quite challenging....

Great game with poor graphics but it work on all computers (very old computers too). Idea is very good, simulation is quite good, physics are too easy for hard core gamers.
