Gtop 1.0.13

Due to the fact that Gnome no longer adds the gnomeConf.sh file to the Gnome-libs installation, gtop won't compile. Too bad, because Gnome System Monitor won't tell me where the other 400 megs of ram (and growing) that's being used right now is being used.
