ExtraView routes, measures and resolves bugs, defects, customer support and help desk issues by serving up customized role-based processes and screens. It supports unlimited custom workflow, user-defined fields and layouts that simplify large product lines and/or complex processes. Immediate and retroactive administration and configuration is done through the browser without programming or schema modification. Full language-independent, bi-directional API allows integrations with Perforce, CVS, ClearCase and other SCM systems. Subject to security settings, reports and custom queries may be output to HTML, Word, Excel, XML, Adobe PDF and text. For the startup as well as large companies, ExtraView may be hosted by Sesame or installed on Unix, Linux, or Windows servers.
