ORTP is a library implementing the Real-time Transport Protocol (RFC1889), written in C. Based on glib, it should be portable to all Unix species. It includes a packet scheduler, blocking and non blocking I/O, and multiplexing I/O so that several RTP sessions can be managed by a single thread.
