Comparison Tools for Handwriting Recognizersdevel

These utilities enable either direct or indirect objective comparison of dynamic handwriting recognizers. Objective technical evaluations can be done only by using matched training and testing data sets. The comparison tools prepare the publicly available UNIPEN data for use within a framework that supports objective comparison.
