CI-Link offers a structured and uniform approach to the concepts used to develop Web applications. Its object-oriented and compiled language give performance and security to developers. Several gateways enable CI-link to interact with Java, .NET, COM or XML applications. CI-Link also offers a strict approach to the notion of project that eases access to the different components and ressources of a project: classes, persistant objects, XML sheets, and so on.CI-Link takes the best elements from PHP and JAVA technologies. Like PHP, it is easy to use, though its syntax is more professional. Environment classes and elements are made up with the same philosophy due to a smaller development team. The product structure is also close to PHP's, with a framework of classes written in C language for efficiency reasons. Contrary to the current versions of PHP, CI-Link uses a compiled language, including dynamic Web pages. From JAVA, CI-Link has taken up its strict object philosophy, pretty much the same syntax and a framework of classes allowing to write system modules. It is also made up from its own framework classes, as is JAVA. But contrary to the latter, CI-Link is easier to learn, with less classes with a lesser complexity.CI-Link is available on Windows 9x-NT-2000-XP, Linux and UNIX platforms. The programming language is C.
