Genecys is, or will be, a Massively Multi-player Online RPG or MMORPG. The intent of the Genecys project, is to design a completely free and open source online RPG for all to play, run, or modify.

The Genecys Project's goal is to create a massively multiplayer online RPG that is completely free to play, and run a server for.

This alpha release is playable, and online functionality is working. However, most advanced functionality is not there yet. At this time, players can log on to a server, walk around, chat with one another, and interact with items on a limited basis.
