MCS MyRoute (formerly VisualRoute Server) combines Traceroute, Ping, Whois, reverse DNS and other networking tools in one easy-to-use program. MyRoute analyzes Internet connections to quickly locate where an outage or slowdown occurs. The network service provider is identified for each hop of a connection path, and worldwide domain and network Whois information enables quick problem or abuse reporting. The physical city/country locations of IP addresses and Web servers are identified on a global map, displaying the geographical path of a connection. The OmniPath feature discovers all network paths to a destination, and reports the performance of path and network segment. MyRoute is IPv6 capable.

Remote Agents enable 2-way automated testing, for on-demand testing to resolve a customer problem, or long-term continuous testing to build a baseline and monitor connection performance.
