OpenSIPS (Open SIP Server) is a mature Open Source implementation of a SIP server. OpenSIPS is more than a SIP proxy/router as it includes application-level functionalities. OpenSIPS, as a SIP server, is the core component of any SIP-based VoIP solution. With a very flexible and customizable routing engine, OpenSIPS 'unifies voice, video, IM and presence services in a highly efficient way, thanks to its scalable (modular) design.

OpenSIPS 1.7.2
Changes OpenSIPS 1.7.2 is the second minor release of the 1.7 branch. This release contains mainly bug fixing (additional to 1.7.1) - crashes, malfunctions and compliance - but no functionality, scripting or interfacing were changed.
OpenSIPS 1.7.2 contains important fixes in critical modules (like dialog) and in core part - it is highly recommended to upgrade - OpenSIPS 1.7.2 is now available for download on project web site and SF download system.
